Consistent with our family first philosophy, we offer associates four weeks of vacation, generous paid holidays and annual family events. In addition, extra-curricular opportunities such as softball and tennis leagues, a walking group, and a track club provide even more ways to socialize, have some fun and get to know each other better.
Our commitment to learning is expressed in terms of our time spent developing and training our people. We commit 80 hours a year of continuing education to each associate, which is twice the required hours for Certified Public Accountants. We also offer a vibrant mentoring program which all our professionals partner with a more experienced associate to explore other avenues of learning.
