Benefits Tailored
Consistent with our family first philosophy, we offer associates four weeks of paid time off, an extensive amount of paid holidays and annual family events. In addition, avenues to socialize and get to know each other better are offered through a company sponsored softball team, a walking group, and the BT track club along with several social events throughout the year.
Our commitment to learning is expressed in terms of our time spent developing and training our people. We commit 80 hours a year of continuing education to each associate, which is twice the required annual hours for Certified Public Accountants. We also offer a vibrant mentoring program which allows our professionals to partner with a more experienced associate to explore ideas, receive personalized guidance, and celebrate shared successes.
