Bennett Thrasher PC Shareholders Jeff Call and Jeff Eischeid will be speaking at the National Business Institute CLE seminar Asset Positioning and Wealth Transfer for Business Owners, in Atlanta, Georgia on September 14, 2011.

Call and Eischeid’s presentation entitled "Which Business Entity is the (Very) Best Estate Planning Vehicle," will educate participants on how to convert an existing business structure into another as well as how to establish and defend valuation discounts.

The National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts has recognized Bennett Thrasher's Shareholder Emerita M. Lyn Reagan as an Outstanding Member. Lyn has been a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) since the early 1990s.  “I was always comfortable and confident in depositions and trials because of the training I received from NACVA.  As it is today, that was an exciting time in business valuation because the body of knowledge was growing and changing, and NACVA was always at the forefront keeping me on top of the curve,” said Lyn. 

Lyn is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has been with Bennett Thrasher since 1983.
